Everything on play.mcgrinsey.com: the lobby, the games, your account, the Hall of Fame, the phone as joypad, and the world ranking on gamesareeatingtheworld.com as far as you use it from a game. By playing you accept them. How we handle data is written in the privacy page; it is part of the deal.
This arcade is rated 18 and up, as a self-rating by us. When you create an account you enter your date of birth; that entry must be true. An account with a false date can be closed. Without an account the arcade is open, and the 18 badge on the games still means what it says.
The games are free. There are no purchases in the games, no virtual currencies, no loot boxes. If that ever changes, it is written here first.
We measure how you play, build a profile from it, and show you recommendations and referrals only with your consent in the cookie window, and only with an account aged 18 or over. You can withdraw at any time. A no costs you nothing: the account stays, the games run. Referrals and recommendations to other games and apps whose developers pay us, and to our own offers, are advertising and are labelled as such. Scores with your display name are public: in the leaderboards of the games (top 50), in the Hall of Fame and on the world ranking. Pick a name that can stand that; it does not have to be your real one. What you type into a game (names, notes, text to an agent) remains yours; you grant us the right to use and show it for the game.
The games, graphics, music and texts belong to us or are licensed to us. You may play, share links and write about it. You may not copy, rebuild, strip or offer any of it as your own. Names, posts and images of other people that appear in a game belong to their authors.
The arcade is beta. We give no guarantee for availability, saved games, scores or freedom from errors; games can change or disappear. We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for damage to life, body and health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual duties, and then only for the foreseeable, typical damage. This is a free service. Your mandatory rights as a consumer remain untouched.
We can change these terms. The new version stands here with a date; if a change matters, we tell you at your next sign-in. If you keep playing, the new version applies. If you do not want that, have your account deleted.
German law applies. As a consumer you keep the mandatory protection of the law of your country of residence. The European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) was shut down on 20 July 2025. We do not take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board and are not obliged to (§ 36 VSBG). Write to us instead; that is usually faster.

Diese Arcade ist ab 18, als Selbsteinstufung durch uns. Beim Anlegen eines Kontos gibst du dein Geburtsdatum an; die Angabe muss stimmen. Ein Konto mit falschem Datum können wir schließen. Ohne Konto ist die Arcade offen, und das Kennzeichen 18 an den Spielen meint trotzdem, was es sagt.
Die Spiele sind kostenlos. Es gibt keine Käufe im Spiel, keine virtuellen Währungen, keine Lootboxen. Ändert sich das je, steht es hier vorher.
Wir messen, wie du spielst, bauen daraus ein Profil und zeigen dir Empfehlungen und Weiterleitungen nur mit deiner Zustimmung im Cookie-Fenster, und nur mit Konto ab 18. Du kannst sie jederzeit widerrufen. Ein Nein kostet dich nichts: das Konto bleibt, die Spiele laufen. Weiterleitungen und Empfehlungen in andere Spiele und Apps, deren Entwickler uns bezahlen, und in eigene Angebote sind Werbung und als solche gekennzeichnet. Punktestände mit deinem Anzeigenamen stehen öffentlich: in den Bestenlisten der Spiele (Top 50), in der Hall of Fame und auf der Weltrangliste. Nimm einen Namen, der das aushält; es muss nicht dein echter sein. Was du in ein Spiel eingibst (Namen, Notizen, Text an einen Agenten), bleibt deins; du gibst uns das Recht, es für das Spiel zu nutzen und anzuzeigen.
Die Spiele, Grafik, Musik und Texte gehören uns oder sind für uns lizenziert. Du darfst spielen, Links teilen und darüber schreiben. Du darfst nichts davon kopieren, nachbauen, ausschlachten oder als eigenes anbieten. Namen, Beiträge und Bilder anderer Menschen, die in einem Spiel auftauchen, gehören ihren Urhebern.
Die Arcade ist Beta. Wir geben keine Garantie für Verfügbarkeit, Spielstände, Punktestände oder Fehlerfreiheit; Spiele können sich ändern oder verschwinden. Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Schäden an Leben, Körper und Gesundheit. Bei einfacher Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur für die Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten, und dann nur für den vorhersehbaren, typischen Schaden. Das ist eine kostenlose Leistung. Deine zwingenden Rechte als Verbraucher bleiben unberührt.
Wir können diese Bedingungen ändern. Die neue Fassung steht hier mit Datum; bei einer Änderung, die ins Gewicht fällt, sagen wir es dir bei der nächsten Anmeldung. Spielst du weiter, gilt die neue Fassung. Wer das nicht will, lässt sein Konto löschen.
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Als Verbraucher behältst du den zwingenden Schutz des Rechts deines Wohnsitzlandes. Die Plattform der Europäischen Kommission zur Online-Streitbeilegung (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) wurde am 20. Juli 2025 abgeschaltet. An Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle nehmen wir nicht teil und sind dazu nicht verpflichtet (§ 36 VSBG). Schreib uns stattdessen; das ist meist schneller.
